ACSESS, a result of the merger of two longstanding associations, serves as the representative for the Canadian Recruitment and Staffing Industry. Their mission includes promoting industry interests, establishing and communicating standards, positively influencing the regulatory environment, and enhancing industry credibility.

- Provide clients with accurate information on candidates’ qualifications and experience.
- Present only candidates authorized to be represented for employment.

- Supply candidates and employees with complete and accurate information on terms of employment, job descriptions, and workplace conditions.
5. Recruitment Practices:
- Do not encourage candidates to leave their current employment prematurely.
- Do not restrict the right of a candidate or employee to accept employment of their choice.
6. Membership Privileges:
- Do not misuse membership privileges for recruiting purposes.
- Derive income solely from clients and refrain from charges to candidates or employees unless specified by license.
7. Integrity in Business Operations:
- Maintain high standards in advertising, communications, and solicitations.
- Conduct business to enhance the industry’s operation, image, and reputation.
8. Respect for Competitors:
- Recognize and respect the rights and privileges of competitors, refraining from unfair competition.
9. Awareness and Enforcement:
- Ensure clients, candidates, and employees are aware of the Code of Ethics & Standards.
- Bring potential infringements to the appropriate ACSESS body.
